Sizing

Please get in touch if you'd like some help ordering a ring in the correct size. You can have your finger measured professionally at any high street jewellers, visit the Sussex studio or send me an existing ring that fits

I offer a complimentary re-size with all ring sales - ideal for surprise gifts and adjustments as you get used to wearing your jewel. Subsequent re-sizes may incur a small fee calculated on an individual basis. Please note eternity rings can not be resized, and an accurate sizing is essential for all eternity bands

Your finger size can change during the day, so the best time to measure is at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. When purchasing several rings together for a ring stack, I recommend choosing a full size larger than your normal ring size

Delivery

Your jewellery will come in a beautiful, handmade porcelain box, wrapped in tissue, ribbon and boxed to keep everything safe in transit. Please let me know if you'd like a special message included in your parcel, or a blank gift tag for you to write yourself

UK Delivery is FREE using Royal Mail Special Delivery - packages are insured, tracked and guaranteed before 1pm next working day, and a signature is required on receipt

International shipping is by FedEx, delivery times vary and I'm happy to provide details on request

  • Jewellery pieces in stock are despatched within 5 working days (often sooner) of your order being received. I will keep you informed if this changes for any reason

  • You should allow up to 8 weeks for made-to-order jewels to be created for you. Please contact me if you have a specific deadline and we can discuss what's possible

  • Bespoke commissions take approximately 12 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of your design, whether I need to source extra materials and my existing work load. I am often booked up several months in advance with commissions - so please get in touch to discuss specific deadlines, allowing as much time as possible to create bespoke pieces for a special occasion

Returns

I hope you'll be delighted with your jewellery, but if you aren't completely happy you can return a stock item, unworn, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging within 14 days of purchase. You can either exchange for another piece of jewellery or have a gift voucher issued

Refunds are only offered for stock items that are faulty. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact me (by email or phone) within 7 days of receipt and we can talk about how best to proceed

Please note that I am not able to offer refunds, exchanges or gift vouchers for made-to-order items, customisations or bespoke commissions - unless they are found to be structurally faulty
